With the introduction of new, ‘tougher’ A levels, Wentworth is celebrating our most successful set of results in a quarter of a century. An unprecedented 34% of grades were A*-A, with a number of students gaining 3 A*s. Our students rose to the challenge and gained A*s in a string of subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Drama, Economics, English Literature, Politics, History, Maths and Psychology.

The majority of Wentworth students achieved grades enabling them to take up their offers at first-choice universities and all of our students impressively surpassed expected grades based upon their GCSE results.

Congratulations to our hardworking teachers and support staff, but particularly to our students who have excelled in the toughest of circumstances. We are proud of all of our students at Wentworth but special mention should go to the following:

Luisa Attfield who gained 3 A*s and accepted her place at Cambridge University to read Natural Sciences.

Samuel Barnett who gained 3 A*s and will be taking a gap year.

Issy Codron who gained an A* in Maths and an A in Physics. Issy will be reading Physics at Exeter University.

Amy Monjack who gained A*s in English Literature and Drama and an A in Psychology. Amy has accepted her place at Nottingham University to read Psychology.
